Tension Rises as Tyson and Paul Clash Prior to Fight

Mike Tyson and Jake Paul had a heated altercation during the last face-off leading up to their anticipated fight on November 14. The situation got out of control when both fighters met at the Toyota Music Factory in Texas for the weigh-in ceremony.

In a tense moment, Paul challenged Tyson and even stepped on his foot, which led the former heavyweight champion to slap the YouTuber and boxer. The incident was quickly contained by security to prevent things from escalating, while Paul gestured that the hit didn’t affect him.

After the altercation, Tyson chose not to make a statement, but Jake Paul hurled insults and claimed that the fight now had a personal tone. During the weigh-in, Tyson was cheered by the public and weighed in at 228.4 pounds, while Jake Paul registered 227.2 pounds on the scale.

Despite the weight difference, the fight between the two will take place in the heavyweight division at AT&T Stadium. Mike Tyson, aged 58, has a record of 50-6 with 44 wins by knockout, making this his first professional fight after 19 years. On the other hand, Jake Paul, aged 27, has a record of 10-1, with seven wins by knockout, and his last fight was in July of this year, where he defeated Michael Perry. The fight promises to be one of the most high-profile matches in boxing in recent times.
